Mounting a new engine in the LeGrand..Questions

Hi All, I'm in the process of fitting an 06 ZX10R engine in the LeGrand. I've set the engine in the compartment so that the engine is just above the undertray and sitting on wood/stands, essentially as low as it can get. I can now start figuring out the engine mounts. The 06 ZX10R has 8 possible mounting points. I've seen some cars that just use 6 of the original points, while others use all. Is there any good rules of thumb on how to mount an engine in a chassis? I've got...

Its a 6 round championship with 4 rounds run with the NSW state series, 1 with the Shannons national series but the really exiting one is the 1st round as a support for the V8 supercars at the

The GCR has been extensively reorganized for 2010. Many sections have been moved to make it easier to read. A fair amount of administrative stuff has been moved to appendices.

Rain tires

Living in southern CA where it never rains (well almost never, we had a 164 day dry spell this year) I am looking for opinions on what is the most effective rain tires and why. Looking toward Hoosier and Goodyear but all opinions would be appreciated. We are planning on racing in the mid west this year and I have heard it does rain there a lot.

WX-10 vs. WR-1000

I think we are all aware that a first generation Stohr's can be modified into the latest WF1 for the right amount of cash. Can a WR-1000 be updated to the specs of a WX-10 for DSR racing? I'm not aware of the differences in the chassis.
