I just discovered the trap speed listing (taken on the pit straight) on SCCA.com. Exceedingly odd results. Mark J. got clocked at 145.05 MPH as a CSR and 118.17 MPH as a DSR. Probably the colder weather later in the week lowered the speeds onto the straight.
At any rate, MIke Rupert was fastest in DSR (123.29 MPH) with a home made engine!! Our fastest was second slowest of the timed "healthy" laps (111.23 MPH) so I guess I am proud of finishing 19th after all.
Marty

It rained about 35 minutes before warm up this morning and the sessions before DSR kinda dried the track up. Davide Rigon and Jaremko were clearly testing each other and everyone else just seemed to be warming up and figuring out the set up.
