Our new addition to the family, baby Isabel. Watch out Danica!!!

Hi guys,

Since you all are like family now, I'd like to post some pics of our new baby girl, Isabel.

Isabel Helene Loshak was born on October 23, 2009. 6lbs, 4oz, 18".

Our first had the worst, horrible colic you could ever imagine for 6 months. Constant kicking and screaming, nothing worked... For 6 looooooooong months. Alison and I were both terrified to have another and were in shock how some could have twins or even babies only 1 year apart etc.

So I end up in the engine room amazed at the power plant. Not sure if this will get by Stan and the gang though for DSR... Do you think that they would catch on to the 21.6l capacity or the 12 cylinders, or maybe the four yes four turbos each and the fact that the engine plates boldy state the 1550hp the things put out...Big disadvantage though would be the weight, at 8000# each I might have to beef up the chassis a bit.

Next month I will be dragging my poor old trailer west to the base of Breckinridge to pick up my newest project. Part of the arrangement is that I will be staying for a few days and getting in a little Pow-time....

FRC-K20 hits the track

well finally we got the K20 on the track, the and in the end we ended up using a Motec ECU and not the EFI ECU we wanted to,

and we are less than 100lbs more than the FRC-14 but then all i am going to say is that even with the stock engine we were putting up faster lap times than the 1530, and it was cold 54°f

Last week I noticed it had been a long time since I had received a RaceTech magazine. I subscribe to this and Racecar Engineering through EWA, a subscribtion service in NJ. I found their website confirmed the last mailing to be my most recent issue received. However, the RaceTech website lists three additional issues. I emailed EWA for clarification with only an automated response.
Today I received Vol 19, No 11 of Racecar Engineering; not from EWA but mailed from Germany!!

I ask a simple question, go away on vacation for a week, and my poll thread gets hijacked!!!! After wading through the chaff, it looks like 4 WF1 owners replied, with three favoring 1000, one wanting to keep it at 900, and one more that didn't vote. How many WF1s were at the runoffs? More than five! And then theres the hijackers........

All this ranting and whining about weight and banning turbos is just a joke. Its no wonder the comp board won't change the rules -...
