Was having a "discussion" (re argument) with someone who was stating that because a race car's wing might stall at as low as 10 degrees AoA it wasn't "efficient".
I'm pretty sure he's using the flying rule of thumb of 15 degrees but does anyone know about the stall angle of their rear wing? It appears (using a simple NASA calculator) that the rear wing on my Radical stalls at about 10 degrees (by which point it's become a barn door anyway).
