Gents,

A couple of years ago it was before the bridge on the left. Dont ask me how i know
 After my off track excursion , at least no one had to worry
about sound for the weekend.

Ive never had problem with sound at RA. Point exhaust to drivers right and you'll be fine. It is recorded on drivers left after turn 3 before bridge.

Thanks for the invite Stan, we'll be paddocked in the upper paved paddock behind the score board. We'll have our projector and driver sim with playseat
all hooked up for some night time tracktime. We can also use it to view in-car footage, everyone is welcome.
In production, we always planned a party. Do us sport racers do such a thing? Maybe we should plan a meet and greet for one of these nights.

A sports racer party is a grand idea, Lawrence! Can you host it? By which I mean, can we hold it at your paddock, say Friday evening? There's been a sports
racer party at the Runoffs for years and years, but the Sprints has been kind of overlooked from that regard.
CSR/DSR/S2 practice is Friday from 12:40 - 1:05, followed by our Drivers Meeting at 2:30. We are then off until Q1 at 10:20 Saturday morning. We could do a "BYO" party from, say, 6-8, with a clean-up party at 8 and call it an early night. I don't want to put Lawrence on the spot as host, but a top-side, central location would be convenient. If that doesn't work, we can host it at our paddock, though that means a trek down to to the north-end swamps...
Anybody planning to bring a full-sized propane BBQ, so folks can 'cook their own' brats? |
