What is the recommended way in determining how to widen 3 piece wheels. I have 6 X 13 & 8 X 13 wheels which I want to modify to 8 X 13 and 10 X 13. Add
width equally to each side of the wheel? Maintain offset??

You've got to consider what will fit under your fenders legaly, and what will clear all the mechanical bits on the inside of the wheel/tire envelope.
Easiest thing is to just change one rim half, but you may not be so lucky... Clark

Clark Easy to do either. I just want to keep whatever geometry, scrub, etc as close to design as possible. I'm just building the bodywork so width is not a
problem. My initial thought was to try and keep the offset the same. But that means two new halves for every wheel.
