i've been lurking for awhile now and thought i'd say hi.
DSR has been in the back of my mind for the last 10 years or so. as my AFM days are behind me and i've recently inherited an old Prince (really old),
it's come up again. not sure what i'm going to do with this car (if anything) over the next year. it certainly will never be competitive, but i
don't see why it wouldn't be fun to play with. there's talk of converting it to CSR and running the end of year enduro. who knows. i'm
primarily interested in the tinkering aspect. perhaps the previous owner (long time ITA guy) will do the driving. i guess i'm just trying to gauge the SFR
climate.
how many cars typically show up to an event?
is there room for a complete newbie in a completely uncompetitive car?
considering heading up to t-hill the 24th or 25th to see what it's all about.
